[Simulavr-devel] simulavrxx-0.8.004 tarball available

As I'm a package maintainter in training, I've made a tarball of
simulavrxx available. This should allow those who have not been able
to get the autotools to work right from CVS  to get things running. (I
hope)

As with other GNU related packages, use the ./configure, make and make
install proceedure.

Pay attention to requirements...simulavrxx requires libbfd compatable
with the cross compiler...so you likely want to build binutils with
the --enable-install-libbfd to get this library.

You can also specify where to find include files manually if the
scripts miss them (thanks Oleg for reminding me of this) i.e.:

./configure CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/include/tcl8.4
if that's where your tcl.h is..
