Ah, no, what I wanted to know was that the key sequence ".,"
should be availabe at any time when a user is using
sa-itrans, or it should be availabe only after a user types
something.  For instance, ".c" works differently depending
on the context (typed initially, or typed after a consonat).

But, it seems that those characters should be available
context free.  I'll add them to sa-itrans.mim soon.
