It is interesting, I never thought about that, but the jog is doing by 
calculating
the distance from the x,y coordinates when started the jog, and the "current" 
x,y
during the jog.
If it freezes, the diference will be always 0, so the algoritm must be changed.

I just didnt understand how contextive information can be applied here.. mind to
