OPTITRANS may or may not be well-specified. It has nothing to do with ITRANS.
I guess it is your personal innovation on top of ITRANS and I respect it.

Whether Kenichi should restore hi-itrans.mim or move sa-itrans.mim is
of course left to him.
As I said, it was "IMO", yes.
