Not any more.  However, Tom used to use {name} for archive
hierarchies, eg

address@hidden
    http://regexps.srparish.net/{archives}/address@hidden

I'm not sure why that was done (most likely, a convenient sorting
order), but it's not used by much of anybody nowadays.  I don't think
anybody in this discussion has been around that long, but there may be
some residual bad karma from those days.

It should be obvious that this only matters to the archive admin, so
let's reset that karma.
