Moving GNU JAXP to the Classpath project is not a problem for the 
current JAXP developers.

Note on modularisation: as I understand it GNU JAXP is only really used 
by Classpath and the various free JVM implementations (libgcj, kaffe, 
etc), which already use Classpath or are attempting to unify their code 
with it.
