I haven't been able to devote much time to it.  I guess here's the list of
TODOs:

1) Write script to create gnats database.
2) Figure out what users will do for Gnats password.  Since these are currently 
stored plaintext in a file, retrieving a crypted one from Savannah isn't good 
enough.  (Maybe hack Gnats to fix this?)
3) Attach the savannah user database to Gnats.  I'm thinking an hourly one way 
export should probably be enough.

This means that people will be required to use the default schema, and will 
also be required to log into gnats seperately.  That doesn't integrate in any 
other way.

I'm just swamped with day-job work right now.
