I think it's a good idea overall.

A useful free software worker-finder service website.

Adding AGPL-incompatible code.  I'm deeply against AGPL and what I
regard as backdooring of the GPL (more on that on my personal website
when I'm not at full workload).  However, as that's not possible in
the current model and my company is currently at full workload, I'll
continue to try to offer constructive criticisms and argue for open
social-networking-like behaviours.
