No, unlucky man. We have to use Netscape 4.7x as our mail client, so it
is always
on. If someone mentions a URL in their e-mail it's far easier to click
on it
(with my sad little one-buttoned mouse) than to cut the URL, fire up Mozilla
and paste in the url

Couldn't you just use a green screen monitor and look at all sites in links?
Well. black text on a lighter green would be an improvement - as long as
contrast was sufficient.

Seriously, though, anything that makes a site less accessible (to those
with 
poor vision or using text readers, say) is not good.

As to helping with content I freely confess that finer matters of constitutions
are beyond my limited brain power. However I'm willing to help with more
general 
content about Free Software.

I expect that "what needs to be done" will be one of the things to be
discussed 
informally at Sheffield?
