This is a good idea.  I will add this entity, and update my work as soon as

I will update the appendix.  Sorry, I was not aware of this command,
since I'm a FreeBSD user ;-)

Yes, you're right.  In fact, the windows installer is already refered in 
Daniel's version (3.0).  My appendix and his (*) are not synchronized yet.

I don't think it is important to mention the newsgroup, since usenet messages 
are directly delivered to the ruby-talk mailing-list.
