precisely. Thats why the clip becomes "live" during the recording.

do you mean the input level on the sound board ? this is a great idea... put

Sorry guys, but I dont agree at all with the VU in the track panel. This is
just a habit in most applications, but there
are no good reason to be like that.
If we work in a good bus monitor viewer (dockabe, floatable, resizeable,
whatever), I think the problem is gone.
