An intermediate way to do it is to add "annotated cacherevs" and "annotated
revlib".  The "annotated patches" which your above approach will store in
Annotated-tla--devo--1.3 are not necessary since it's trivial to generate
them on the fly from the patches in tla--devo--1.3.
