Espeak output module checked into CVS

sd_espeak will not load for me.  When I take the following steps, I
get no speech and an error is posted to speechd.log.
1. clear out /var/log/speech-dispatcher/speechd.log so it is empty.
2. have /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf set for espeak to be
default module and set loglevel to 5.
3. run speech-dispatcher from the shell.
4. Look inside speechd.log and notice the errors when loading espeak.

I have attached my log below.
