Sounds good, although 1.5 will just be the unstable version of 1.6, so
maybe we don't need three versions listed :) A link to the latest TODO
file in Savannah's CVS browser, once it's updated for 1.4/1.5, should
cover this (assuming there's a way to do it without hardcoding the file
revision number).

Unfortunately, this is generally unpredictable.

A link to the latest UPGRADE file in CVS, once it's updated for 1.4/1.5,
should cover this, with the same caveats mentioned above.
