Oh well yeah.  This is like the first release  in a few that didn't break 
compatiability in a big way.  I have no problem with the who cares atitude. 
I'll get it ready for 0.19 or 0.20.  This gives me an excuse to write debconf 
hooks to generate a default database, server key, and such. :)

I also need to submit a patch for the gvim/vi external merge stuff.
