It MAY be adequate for Docker -- I don't know enough about Docker
to judge -- but it is certain not an adequate solution for Cargo.
I expect it would break most free Rust programs.

That would be adequate, but in some cases could be a gigantic job.

You may have the attention capacity available to think about each one
in parallel, but I don't.  It is useful for you to accumulate
information about them all.  But we will need to bring them up one by
one and study which approach we can actually use for each one.
