if you are suggesting that the other games (bass, drascula, etc) are actually
libre, then you are definitely not late - that would be the deciding factor
(and conclusion) of the entire discussion
"poorly-worded licenses" seems to be a recurring theme on this list lately
(scummvm games, yggdrasil, and nmap)
