I actually prefer the way the www.gnu.org... bottom line looks, but
think Free Software should be capitalised.

Also, it turns out we're going to get a left page, which probably
means that the www.uk.DEBIAN.org bit should be bottom left to make it
more visible.

So starting from this:

if you swapped the bottom line, and capitalised the Free Software, I'd
be happy.  What do you think?
