What happens if the date is set to nil. Is the only way to see that task is to go to that plan page? I have many many tasks and a lot of them do not have start dates but when I am doing my weekly planning I like to be able to view all of my tasks so that I can schedule them for the upcoming week. Unless I misunderstand you the only way to have all the tasks displayed would be to have them either all in one plan page or all with some kind of date assigned to them. Is this true?Your daily page will forward all incomplete tasks from previous days. On creating a task in any plan page, that task is automatically copied to the daily page as well. If you specify a different start date for the task, then it is copied to the start day's daily page instead. It works like a charm!
3. How can I see appointments for several days rather then just the day I am on. I like to see just my tasks that I have scheduled for today but I like to see my next 3 days worth of appointments.Look at the variable planner-diary-appts-number-of-days planner-diary-appts-number-of-days's value is 1 Number of days of diary entries displayed in the appointments diary section.
Perfect Thanks!
Sitting here with a 512mb key chain. Never use it. Thanks. Can't believe I missed that.If you're running unix, ssh or telnet into a central server and run emacs console mode.... Story your planner files on a thumbdrive...
