I'm also in favor of better visibility and accessibility of our bugtracker.
We can't keep track of all of what's happening in social networks/forums/whatever.
I often found people not knowing where to report and then calling me to help them fill the Doliforge forms.
If we can get to the decision of changing bugtracker, I'd love to setup a poll, so everybody can express it's opinion and help us make the best decision possible for the project's future.

Cheers,

Hello,

I read from previous thread on this ML that eldy complain about missing some bugfixer.

I think there’re 2 thing that could help chasing down bug on dolibarr and bring developers to help.

First, if you wish to report a bug, bug tracker on doliforge is not easy access and not publicly advertise about his existence. Second, you need an account on doliforge, which is not immediate.

If bugtraker is more “public”, it could help people keying bugs.

Other things, when a bug is added, mail this mailing list. Should help dev getting bug on their way.

My 2 cents ;)

Cedric
