First, if you wish to report a bug, bug tracker on doliforge is not easy access and not publicly advertise about his existence. Second, you need an account on doliforge, which is not immediate.

If bugtraker is more “public”, it could help people keying bugs.

 

Other things, when a bug is added, mail this mailing list. Should help dev getting bug on their way.

+1 and I would add that due to spam is good that bug tracker is read only for anonymous users.
