Hi,

We could use Tuleap API (https://tuleap.net/soap/) and integrate an
interface into dolibarr website.

Or use forums in order to sort bugs (level, module) and if they are
verified more experienced volunteers fill the bug tracker (and move
thread into another category). This may qualify as a bit more bugs and
tasks. Also maybe a simple template message would do the trick.

If the GIT repository was also run on doliforge, the commits may be
related to artifacts: on each bug or task we would see what was done or not.
