Maybe you didn't recognise: I always help GNUstep with every line
of code that is added to mySTEP...

mySTEP is completely open, license is compatible and you can take
what you want. And it is always clear that it is based on GNUstep
(and started in the mGstep "fork" of GNUstep).

One factor that I don't commit directly on the GNustep code base is
that GNUstep does not (and is unlikely to) satisfy the goals I have
with mySTEP. So I have to fix/adapt it anyways. And in areas that I
don't understand well enough.

So why should I work e.g. on GORM, Theming, Windows support
and other things on GNUstep and bring more sand than oil into
the machinery?

The difference of my argument with indiephone is that it comes out
of nothing and does not even mention previous activities OpenMoko.
And it is (at least to me) not even clear how it differs in goals.

But as said the latter is not a GNUstep related topic.

BR,
Nikolaus
