It is saying you don't have jikes.

If you don't have the jikes rpm installed in your system, the I don't 
believe the swarm rpm would install either, because swarm's rpm listes 
jikes as a requirement.  So I'm thinking either you used some rpm switch 
to override the rpm dependency checks or that swarm itself is not installed.
