Re: javacswarm not found

Where to issue the command "export SWARMHOME=/usr"? I mean, shall I go to 
/home/anli/swarm/ (where I put Paul's swarm rpm's) or the directory that 
the Swarm was installed into? I did this, the same problem still exists.
