I have:

AMD Duron 950 MHz
Abit KT7A
384 MB SDRAM
Aureal Vortex 2 (Diamond Monster Sound MX300)
Matrox Millennium G400 MAX
SMC 1244TX Fast Ethernet PCI card

Distro: Mandrake Cooker (devel version), kernel 2.4.21
Environment: IceWM 1.2.7 / XFree86 4.3.0

and when playing Ogg Vorbis or MP3 using XMMS there's both clicks and
stereo swapping with alsa/esd/oss output plugin. So it's not
only SQ2500 problem.
