tester_tests and unit_tests all pass. Three failures in Lua tests:

automate_lua
empty_environment
ssh_agent

None of these are show-stoppers.

So if we can fix the problem with the spurious .c file dependencies,
nvm.stripped is ready as far as mingw is concerned.

monotone.ca seems to be down; I can't sync.
