There's an Indian TeX Users Group.  They could probably help you get _The
TeXbook_, _The METAFONTbook_ and the other volumes of _Computers and
Typesetting_, if you wanted them.

Like I said, it's a matter of taste.  It did occur to me that C++ mode
probably wouldn't get confused by the non-C++ code in my CWEB files.  I
think it just blindly changes the color of certain keywords.  However, I'm
not sure.
