while we are at it...

for my part i like the vertical menus, but i would be prefer to be able to 
turn off the floating menu and just have the context menu popping up when i 
need it (i know i can set all the floating menu coordinates off screen, but 
that is not really a nice solution). 

on a wider note, i think it ought to be possible to configure gnustep not to 
do any window positioning of its own, apps should also run with mini windows 
turned off.

i think that is enough complaints.
