AppleScriptKit is not included in Foundation. There are separate frameworks.

I wouldn't know about AppleScriptKit, but apple have most certainly added a
whole load of scripting classes to Foundation.

ie. they are documented in the Foundation documentation, declared in the
Foundation headers and present in the library in the Foundation framework.

Perhaps you were confused by my use of the word 'all'
I meant it to refer to -
'the scripting code produced by apple and residing in the Foundation framework',
not
'the scripting code produced anywhere by apple'.

Obviously I don't consider any scripting code which is not in Foundation to be
Foundation bloat.
