All I know is in the SwarmFaq, http://lark.cc.ku.edu/~pauljohn/SwarmFaq/SwarmOnlineFaq.html#3.1But we know that there is trouble there because the Swarm snapshot 6 uses a different tcl/tk than Cygwin currently uses.
