[Swarm-Support] RedHat 8.0 installation

I've decided to switch from Win2k to RH8.0. I read the instructions, but
it's not quite clear to me which files should I download. There's a number
of them carrying similar names, do I need them all?

The situation is all messed up at the moment.  None of the windows users
have yet successfully built the new Swarm against the newest cygwin
distro.  I think the situation is very bad for Windows users, especially
on Windows XP.

All I know is in the SwarmFaq,

But we know that there is trouble there because the Swarm snapshot 6
uses a different tcl/tk than Cygwin currently uses.
