If you see this, you somehow have the HOME and the locations of the
.bash_login files out of sync. I'd suggest removing Swarm via the
Control Panel, removing the HOME variable, and then, with the user
manager, setting up a home directory, say e:\mbienven such that when
you start up a DOS box you land there. Remove Cygwin if you still
have it installed. Then install Swarm. You should see .bash_login
get installed in e:\mbienven. Then unpack the swarmapps and try
heatbugs. I can't remember about the others like Hello World. It's
been so long since I've used a stock 2.1.1 installation with Objective C..
