Hi, the problem was the -b (batch) mode option. This is solved now, but I'd
still like an answer on the buildObjects part of the question.

In one of the java examples there is this one: TestGUISwarm.java (code
enclosed). There is no method buildObjects defined. My NT machine doesn't
complain, but the Solaris one does (at runtime):

/opt/SDGswarm/2.1.1/bin/javaswarm TestGUISwarm -b
java.lang.NullPointerException
        at
swarm.simtoolsgui.GUISwarmImpl.buildObjects(GUISwarmImpl.java:native)
        at TestGUISwarm.main(TestGUISwarm.java:61)

Adding a buildObjects (with just super.buildObjects() ) method doesn't help.
Any help is appreciated.
