Hi,
Is it possible for an action or actiongroup should not to be repeated every
time the schedule goes through its list of actions/actiongroups? For
instance, I want to update 1 out of 10 (otherwise the same) agents only 1 in
100 times. As I understand it, this should be solved using different
schedules, but if 'real' scheduling (i.e., having at least some control over
the timeline) isn't possible, why aren't schedules not called 'sequences'?
Thanks,
