Tryied again with newest cvs, no more freezes...
Playback seems to work, but segfaults when stopping:
protux can't open hw:0,3 (digital out), and segfaults when trying to close it 
(see --d1 output)

Luciano, why do you use
EMU10K1:0 -> hw:3,0
EMU10K1:1 -> hw:0,0
? wouldn't it be more logical to have it the other way ? The same thing is with 
capture bus.

Another problem, [BV] crashes when you don't select a bus. [BN] don't crash, 
and displays INVALID BUS. Wouldn't it be better just to keep the previously 
selected bus when you don't select a new one with [BV] or [BN] ?
