[Phpgroupware-developers] How to implement super-admin

Hi

I've got to implement super-admin account into PHPGW, i.e. an 
administrator which is not visible (and erasable) by other admins.
What is the best way to do so in your opinion? Is it necessary a 
customization? The table phpgw_acl seems to be defined to support such a 
feature, doesn't it?
