[m17n-list] ewts problems

Dear all,

Attached are a few patches made against current master, for ewts (I
tried to make the commit messages explicit, please tell me if it's not
enough!). I still have a few problems with this file, namely:

when I type

 - rgy it doesn't transform into anything (kind of normal, though I'm
not entirely sure)
 - rgya it transforms into རྒྱ which is normal
 - rgyu it transforms into rgyཨུ while it should transform into རྒྱུ

can someone help me a little on this?
