I found two brtswa in the kangyur, I have to admit I'd be surprised if
they were used extensively... brl is quite more widespread. But I'll add
them anyway, it can't hurt.

and it was in your .mim file and was already in your .mim file, and as '
and p don't stack together, typing 'phyw gives the expected འཕྱྭ so no
problem...
