Follow-up Comment #44, bug #20409 (project lwip):

Ok, so, about patch from comment#41:

- "netif_set_addr", "netif_set_ipaddr", "netif_set_up" : No change need (as
long the job is done in "set_up", see comment#42)

- "netif_set_down" : I think we should remove dhcp/autoip_stop and let them
check their state. About your "maybe not?", I think that perhaps only one
callback with a flag parameter will be good, but, it's not a big problem.

- "netif_set_link_down/up" ok for me
