Who will remember the distinction between \arpeggioNeutral and \arpeggioDefault without looking into the documentation? It think we can cause more confusion than help by creating two macros with such similar semantics and names. Also, how often do you expect people to have a mixture of directed arpeggios and parenthesis style arpeggios in the same piece, so that
the distinction between the two macros really is relevant?
