Or as I put it, "I don't like kinda-sorta knowing which revisions 
modified a given file".

As of this afternoon, I started tracking renames, so it should be pretty 
accurate about following the file with a given ID, not the file with a 
given name.  But I think {arch} files are ignored, so if you want to 
confuse a tracker, just move the file into {arch}.
