Well, nothing - but this means that whenever a camel cased word appears
it is not meant to be a link.

   It really seemed like Sacha was going to remove camel case, which
   caused me to pipe up.  I would still argue that leaving camel
   case as a link by default would be a good thing.

Yes, I think this would be good too; all I think is that
configurability is the best.
