You doesnt seem to install swarm rpm. 
Install swarm rpm before you install swarm jdk. Get
the j2sdk 1.4_02 version from paul website ( I hope
its still in there ) and everything works fine.

So you could remove j2sdk 1.4_03 version and
1. install j2sdk 1.4_02
2. swarm rpm
3. swarm jdk rpm

If you could wait for paul update for j2sdk 1.4_03,
thats fine.
