If the same code works for you, then it must be some sort of configuration
problem that is common to both my desk machine and my laptop. I'm not sure
how to track it down.

How do I get a stack trace in GDB? I've used jdb, but it seems to work
differently.

address@hidden//c/SwarmSyncer/FlintstoneMM/FredAndWilma] $ gdb
GNU gdb 20000204

This GDB was configured as "i686-pc-cygwin".
(gdb) javaswarm TestMapIndexOld
Undefined command: "javaswarm". Try "help".
(gdb) run TestMapIndexOld
Starting program: TestMapIndexOld
No executable specified, use `target exec'.

Help doesn't help.
And the docs at http://sources.redhat.com/gdb/onlinedocs/gdb_toc.html didn't
say much about Java.
Getting a stack trace should not be that difficult, what am I doing wrong?
