I've just changed things so that:

199.232.76.169 is fencepost-ssh.gnu.org (may need to wait an hour or
two for DNS propogation).

The main sshd on fencepost listens on port 22 on all IP addresses
fencepost has.

There's a second sshd running, which listens on port 80 and 443 on
fencepost-ssh.gnu.org.  It could listen on any other ports people
want, but I remembered just a few minutes ago that AFAIK, with the
standard inetd it isn't trivial to make things like telnet not run on
every IP address.

Anyway, if people see issues with this setup, it can continue to
evolve.
