Of course, but there's one thing I'm not sure about.
I copied the `recv_line' function and some of the proxy negotiation code
from CVS, so I'm not sure if I can just slap my own copyright on it.
Oddly enough, the CVS code doesn't have a copyright statement, just a
note that it's distributed under the GPL, so I'm not sure who has the
copyright...
