you don't need them.
I just used /fr to build up /it and everything went
well. btw we're still missing chapter behind 1,2,3 :)

PS
I think we shopuld remove the header at the start of
the chapeter*.xml (<?xml etc ) . I think it should
work having it just in book.xml, that is goin' to
include all the others
