After the look, I don't get these errors with current busMonitor code! (of 
course, changed code back to have VU's colored while testing)

What I forgot to ask, the titles are now displayed on the busses. But maybe 
only the number has to be shown? With this kind of "rack" the upper row is 
always "OUT", and lower row "IN". (Or was it vice versa?)
With the unique MustuxAudioBus ID for each bus, this will be sufficient for 
the (visible) naming/numbering of the busses also?
