I fetched a copy from cvs a few minutes ago and now i get this
when i try to add the launcher to the panel:

Global symbol "$pixbuf" requires explicit package name at
/usr/local/bin/perlpanel-item-edit line 225.
Execution of /usr/local/bin/perlpanel-item-edit aborted due to
compilation errors.

I get this "empty" button with no possibility to do anything. And
as before i get a segfault when i try to "configure" the panel or
close it and try to start it again.

Oh now i get it ;). I though its a typo of "IconBar plus", an
enhanced iconbar. This was a misunderstanding of me.

No problem. Gavin, please update your robots.txt so that i can
grab the files for the mirror. All my mirror tools denied it to
download the files because of the robots file. When we have a
functional launcher, i will make a unofficial ebuild file and an
unofficial debian package for woody. They will be also available
on my mirror site, dont know if you want to add them to your site.
